Thanks for your question. The short answer, unfortunately, is no; the current MLA version does not have any features for editing the metadata in image files.
In fact, MLA does not have any features that modify files associated with Media Library items. That was one of my early design decisions and I am still wary of messing with the files in any way. MLA does let you extract metadata and populate WordPress database values with it, e.g., custom fields. You can then edit the database values and use the results in your application.
I do not know of another plugin that provides these features, but I recently learned of a stand-alone tool you may find useful:

Of course, you can also use many other tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom for this task.
