    Hello – How can I add text to the email that is sent to the Vendor when a new order is received? I would like to add simple text below “You have received an order from …”

  • Hello @nnyorker ,

    You are supposed to modify the email template from – dokan-lite/templates/emails/vendor-new-order.php to make any changes on the vendor’s new order received email.

    Make sure to save the modified file under your-theme/dokan/emails folder with the exact same name.

    Ok now if I want to insert “Please check your Vendor Checklist” (with a link to the Checklist) above the order number, can I just type the text in the file?

    Yes, any modification on the vendor’s new order email you want can be added to this file.

    You need to follow the correct HTML/PHP format only.
