Edit email text

Hello,

Is it possible to edit the text in emails that are sent to the customer? I’d like to add some text along the lines of ‘We will email you with a final price including shipping. I’ve found the file woo-rfq-for-woocommerce.pot contains the text ‘Your request has been received and is now being reviewed…’, the text used in the email I’d like to add to. Can I simply edit this file or is there a preferred method to make such changes?
