    I am trying to change the email address I’m using for the account/profile on www.remarpro.com. I changed it on the edit profile page and clicked update, but it reverts back to what it was.

    Can someone change it for me?

    Are you sure that email isn’t in use by another account on www.remarpro.com?

    As a test, try changing the capitalization: [email protected] for example ??

    I changed the capitalization and it saved the changes. Now that you mention it, I do have another account on www.remarpro.com.

    Is it possible to delete the other account? I already tried changing the email address on the other account but I’m still not able to use it on this account.

    We can’t delete accounts. Just let the old account lapse.
