We still haven’t found any clues related to this issue. Could you please try deactivating the widgets from Jeg Elementor Kit one by one? This way, we can determine if the issue is coming from one of the Jeg Elementor Kit widgets or not. You can go to the Jeg Elementor Kit -> Elements menu or Elementor -> Element Manager menu to deactivate the widgets.

Just a reminder, before performing this method, we recommend that you back up all your data to ensure it can be restored if any unwanted errors occur.

I ascertained that the problem is the “Tabs” widget.
When importing the “home page” layout of the template “Matour” taken on Envato it returns error. Disabling only “Tabs” the import happens correctly with all elements and widgets.

We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience you are experiencing. What kind of error is being provided by the Envato plugin? Could you please share it with us?

Currently, we do not have a clear clue as to what might be happening. We have tried various possibilities such as changing the PHP version, reducing the WP Memory Limit, but we can import pages, especially the Home page, correctly. The Tabs widget functions properly, and there are no errors in the Elementor Editor.

For now, we recommend downloading the template kit file again and re-importing the page.
