• Hi,

    First thanks a lot for this plugin. My callcenter uses this to save, track and engage leads via ContactForm7.

    However, each time one of my agents call a lead that’s stored in Flamingo, I need a way for the agent to add a comment with each entry (ie: “person not interested”, “person hung up on me”, etc).

    I was going to do this thru the “edit” feature of each entry, but edit doesn’t work! It works in the “address book” but no the “inbound messages”! When I click edit, it takes me to the entry page and I can’t change anything.

    Any help would be greatly appreciative.
