Edit / Delete Existing Field

I would like to suggest 3 important features for a complete CRM system.
1) I want to edit / delete existing fields as most of the fields are irrelevant for me. Please add this option as its the most needed feature.
2) Please add multiple categories/tabs/folders e.g. if I import social media excel file which contain specific fields only (name, phone, email), then I would click social media category option/tab & it will only show those specific fields. Similarly when I import property excel file which contains many fields (client name, property type, no. of rooms, location, price etc.) then upon clicking property tab/option it shows only those relevant fields. This is very important feature for any CRM when we have to import multiple files having different fields.
3) Please add visualization & charts options in dashboard where I can view the KPI as per my preference & selected fields.
I would really appreciate if you could kindly add these most important features. Thank you!
