Edit deep linking template

Hello,
I want to remove/replace the default # symbol on permalink type “URL path style”.
Right now I get URLs like this: [postURL]/#/outfit/2
I want to either remove the “#/” part or to replace it with some word, because when I share a specific slide to social networks they remove everything starting with that symbol, so the final link is the one to the post, without calling the desired slide.
