Edit custom field in order?

    I have the custom field I added (Shipping Phone Number) visible in the Edit Order screen – but if I click on the button to edit the shipping address all the default fields are there but my custom one disappears and cannot be edited
    It’s listed down in the Custom Fields section so can be edited there but would make it a lot more user friendly if it was able to be done at eh top of the page with the rest of the fields.
