edit copy in pdf and modal confirm

    Is there a way to edit the .pdf – add a header or footer to the .pdf? I see there are what appear to be buttons (upload banner and upload logo) in the Detailed List Settings under Global Settings but they do not work.

    Also is there a way to change (aside from replacing via JS or JQuery) the text in the confirmation modal window once the .pdf is emailed?

    Hi there,

    As per our readme, we kindly ask users to submit requests via our support website, as it’s monitored by our staff.

    #1 – Regarding your statement that the upload buttons don’t work, are you using the free or premium version?
    -> The reason why you’re not able to add a header or footer to the PDF is that this feature is only available on the premium version.

    #2 – Yes, you can replace almost all text in our modal windows with our ‘Change Word and Translation Feature‘

    Thank you for the quick response. I’ll put in a support ticket as we are using the paid version (re: buttons) and the translation section didn’t work on the copy.

    My apologies, our support sit was down earlier during an update. It’s back up now. If you submit a ticket, we can help you with the translation part. Most likely you’ll need our beta version found on our member’s portal.
