I’ve been looking into how to fix this as well. The file it’s in is /frontend/class-json-ld.php, at least in the premium version of the plugin.

Specifically, starting at line 217 there’s a function created internal_search_section and then it’s called on line 90. Commenting these out resolves the error you’re seeing at Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool, though it’s not exactly solving the larger problem.

however, I haven’t figured out what they mean yet, other than installing Google’s SiteLink Search Box code, which works fine btw. But still getting the 2 error messages.
