Edit contact form in Directory Entries?

Hi,

I have been searching everywhere to try and edit the contact form on the directory listings and cannot seem to find it anywhere.

Client brough it to my knowledge, that if someone uses one of the contact forms on the directory listings, that it leaves one of the fields out when the mail is sent.

Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks.
