edit comments on menu bar

Go to appearance >> menus. Toggle the menus there you can able to change the description of the menus.

Sir, i am not talking about menus, there are hints coming on the menus , “HOT” , “TRENDING” and “TIPS”. i want to edit them. how can i do it??
