edit-commemts.php is broken!

I wanted to mass delete some spam comments that have collected. I went to the edit-comments.php page via the dashboard and changed the screen options to show more comments at one time and now edit-comments.php comes up saying:

No Results Found
The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.

How can I fix this issue?!
