Edit code in theme folder

  • Hello.
    I can’t make it work from my themes folder. Please help.
    I only need to make changes to one file – public/partial/xoo-wsc-footer.php

    I have copied it to my themes folder (same path) but it still shows the original file.
    HOW TO MAKE IT WORK FROM MY THEME?
    WHERE SHOULD I LOCATE IT IN THEME FOLDER?
