Edit captions /descriptions / upload photos from slideshow?

    Do any of the Photo Gallery slide show / viewer options support the following features:

    – view photo caption / description by default when the photo is viewed
    – edit / update of caption / description by administrator when viewing
    — i.e.: as opposed to going back through the wordpress admin UI
    – upload (add) photos, create albums, by administrator when viewing
    — i.e.: as opposed to going back through the wordpress admin UI

    Thank you for posting your questions!

    Regarding the image title/description, please edit the shortcode of your slideshow gallery, and set Display info by default option to Yes.

    As for editing descriptions and uploading images from front-end as an administrator, unfortunately, the plugin does not have this functionality.

    However, this would be a great feature for Photo Gallery. Could you please add a suggestion for this on this page?

    Is it possible to access the description strings within a source file for the website? I have a large gallery of images which need a description. However, going through the shortcode of each and editing each description in the textbook is a bit tedious due to the size of the textbox and limited number of the gallery images per gallery viewer page. Is it possible to change the descriptions somewhere within the page source using a simple text editor? I tried to seek for some strings of the descriptions, but could not find the file that contains those.
