Edit buttons gone from New Post page

  • Hello people,

    Half of my edit buttons in the New Post page are gone.

    I ran the Health Check plugin, old though it is, and it says:

    Excellent: Your server is running PHP version 5.4.21 and MySQL version 5.1.72 which will be great for WordPress 3.2 onward.

    Don’t know if that is of any use. I’m running the latest version of WP.

    I deactived all my plugins. Even Akismet. Only had 3 plugins, anyway – I’ve only just started work on my site.

    Does anyone know what to do about this issue?

  • Do you mean the buttons above the post editor section? Click the top right button. Kitchen Sink

    If you mean that there used to be more sections showing in the post edit page, then look at upper right of page and click ‘screen options‘.

    If you mean the edit button that appears only when logged in, try to refresh the page in your browser.
