Hello modx, Which theme you are using ? try once with a default wordpress theme.

Hi. Doesn’t work for me either. I’m using the GeneratePress theme, but have also tried the BuddyPress Default theme and 2016.

    hi Peter
Plugin is working fine with default WP
    https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDhIo11R99
It might theme specific js conflict.

i’m having the same issue, i see the “edit” button, click on it, get the textarea but do not see any buttons below.

    theme: destin basic

i watched the cast, and i can confirm that works on my setup too:
it does work on posts, where it doesn’t work is on comments, despite the button “edit” appears there too.

the button “edit” below the comment has class bp-secondary-action buddyboss_edit_activity_comment and onclick="return buddypress_edit_activity_initiate(this);"

once clicked, i see the code for the form frm_buddypress-edit-activity, i see the textarea, i do not see any code output for any button below the textarea for saving the edited comment.

    Hi @maxgx
Seems working as expected with Destin Basic theme: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8o3HF9OkbdvelNTLUJpUjRwZXM/view

There must be some other conflicting plugin.

    oops, i see…
thanks for checking it up, will check my child theme and get back to you.
