Edit Button doesn't work

  • Version of plugin: 3.6.3 (I think I installed it at first, summer 2013)

    It seems like the a tag surrounding edit button in members-list-configure-markup page has no href inside. It is an empty anchor tag. (Remove button works)

    1. How to fix?

    2 If solution is based on a fresh install, how do I keep my members data?
