• Another Admin user does not get the edit button on certain pages and must access the page from the dashboard to edit the page. Other pages work normally allowing the switch to the editor from the button in the top left corner. When I go to the same page, I have the edit button. The other admin is the creator and most recent editor for the pages in question. I can not recreate the problem. It is a new but persistent problem for the other admin. Any suggestions or ideas are greatly appreciated!

    Thank you,
    Allen

  • To be able to answer that, it would be interesting to know what you are working with? Which theme? Which PageBuilder? Which editor for the content?

As a test, you can deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is to blame.

We are using the Allium theme. I’m not sure how to tell what PageBuilder we are using. We use mainly the classic editor but not all the time. I am confused by the intermittent nature of the problem, and the fact that it doesn’t occur for me, just for the person who does most of the creating and editing.

What role does the user in question have in WordPress? Do you have other plugins active that could change the user permissions? I would recommend simply deactivating all of them as a test to see if it is due to one of them.
