Edit Booking times

    Hi. Someone booked an appointment for 10;30 but then wants to change it to 10am. We intentionally do not want THEM making changes, but they contacted us and we can’t even change it on our end. The times are all red, and not selectable. See https://www.screencast.com/t/rVm4Ndyh How do we do that so our records are correct?

    Hi,

    By default WP BASE checks availability of manual bookings and edits made from admin side, similar to the front end. It looks like at 10am either service is busy or not working at all.

    If you want to ignore availability check and change booking as 10am, you can set Strict Check for Manual Entries as “No” on Global Settings > General > Preferences tab.

    If this option is selected as Yes, manual booking entries will be checked against availability of the service and service provider and they will be rejected in case client cannot be served. If selected as “No”, admin has unrestricted access over manual booking entries.
