Edit Blog Data under Categories

  • Hi,

    This site is currently using the Delicate Theme, and the creator of the theme offers no support whatsoever.

    I’m trying to edit the descriptions of each of these blog posts, and the theme has nothing at all in the back end for the Admin that allows it to edit or remove the meta data or tags on each post.

    I would like to edit what is being displayed underneath the title and tags of each post, so that it is not just a short 1-2 sentence. I would also like to remove the tags that are listed under each of the blog post titles too.

    Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

    You need to change the excerpt length. This article will show you how:

    Mind you, you should do that in a child theme. You should never edit theme files.

    Additionally, you can also add a custom excerpt to each post, and WordPress will use that instead of the standard excerpt.

    But if you mean this Delicate theme https://themeforest.net/item/delicate-clean-multipurpose-wordpress-theme-/4803243 that is a commercial theme and we can’t offer help with commercial products.

    I would also like to remove the tags that are listed under each of the blog post titles too.

    FWIW, that could be accomplished in a child theme, too.
