Edit and style the "unsubscribe" page

    I just added the strings to the translation code so they will be in the next minor release( today or tomorrow ). The default page you see is here:

    classes/public-views/class-sendpress-public-view-manage.php

    We are adding the ability to embed this into your site so that you will not have to use the default styling.
