    Why can’t I edit the contents of a plain-text email? I don’t see the edit button when I hover over the text. I just see delete, duplicate and move.

    This might be an issue with your browser, browser’s cache or a conflict with another plugin.

    1. Can you try with another browser?

    2. Can you clear your browser’s cache?

    3. If none of the above works, try disabling other plugins, like this.
