Edit / Add Event ==> 500 (Internal Server Error)

From the “My Events” page on the front end, attempts to edit (or add) any event results fails with 500 (internal server error).
The page https://www.oneearthsangha.org/events/my-events/edit-event/ loads just fine but the edit version https://www.oneearthsangha.org/events/my-events/edit-event/?action=edit fails.
Events can be added or edited on the back-end without issue.
PHP-error and web server error logs show no issues.
The location edit page has the same exact issue: https://www.oneearthsangha.org/events/my-events/edit-location/ is fine.
https://www.oneearthsangha.org/events/my-events/edit-location/?action=edit fails.Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
