Edit Account Page

Hi – I have my LifterLMS Account Settings for the Account Update section set with Address and Phone as optional. Yet when a user tries to Edit Account from the My Course page, they only get the option of updating First and Last Name, E-Mail and Password. There is no prompt for Address or Phone Number. Any thoughts? Thanks!
