    Hey I need help where user is allowed to edit it’s account detail. In this form I’m getting an error “please fill all password fields” whereas the message is mentioned that states leave blank to keep it same. my user only wants to edit it’s other account details. But it is not working.

    In order to have a better understanding of the exact issue you are experiencing, can you please walk us through the exact steps the customer takes to edit their account details, leading them to this error message.

    Also, can you please share a clear screenshot of the exact error message they are seeing on their end.

    If you don’t already have a screenshot tool installed,?Snipboard.io?can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Additionally, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
