• This is probably a stupid question but here goes.

I set up a simple WordPress blog site about 15 years ago and have not touched it other than add new posts. The posts are in a template which has a right hand column with information including signing up to a mailing list.
I want to make a small change to the template and have spent over an hour trying to find out how. I cannot seem to access the template in spite of doing searches and watching viedos.

I read there should be a template option on the right below Summary, Visibility, Publish but it is not there. I looked at the Theme Editor (Annotum) but that did not help. Before I assault a brick wall with my head, what is the simple thing I am missing?

looking at your site, you use annotum-base theme, ver=1.1′

The last version of this theme is 2.0

Nonetheless, this theme hasn’t been updated in over 2 years. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress

Thanks for the reply. So you suggest I use another more up-to-date theme. Is that right?
