edirection

my website is https://njpada.org. It is redirected (by earthlink?) from https://njpada.org/wordpress_1999214231/1642287026784/

I set up redirects within wordpress, using Redirections pulg-in, to redirect each page to reat shorter titles for each page, so
https://njpada.org/wordpress_1999214231/1642287026784/getting-started/
becomes https://njpada.org/getting-started/.
This works within if I’m on the website and using the menu to move around the site.
but if I put https://njpada.org/getting-started/ into a browser, i just get sent to the home page.
how can I fix this so that i can get to any page?
PS: I’m still a novice, so I don’t know if I got all the jargon correct.
