Edin Theme: Title for Blog Page on Front Page

  • Hello,

    I’m using the Edin Theme and would like to know
    – how I can display a title (for example “Latest Posts”, not the title of the specific post, but in general: a title for this content field) for FRONT PAGE: FEATURED PAGE THREE.
    To make it clear that this is the latest post.
    It should also show the the feature image of the latest post with.
    By default, and as seen right now, it shows the feature image and the title of the post. But there is no way to give it a main title, like “Latest Posts”.

    Alternatively I tried using the widget LATEST POST. But here is the problem, that it doesn’t display the image.

    Could you please give an advice ?

    The featured pages in Edin aren’t designed to work with the blog, only static pages.

    Alternatively I tried using the widget LATEST POST. But here is the problem, that it doesn’t display the image.

    You might try the Display Posts widget, available in Jetpack – it supports featured images.
