Edge Suite Buzz JS .oam

Hi im also having an issue with getting sound to run using buzz.js

I read the post from 3 weeks ago but to be honest it didnt resolve this issue for me hence this support request.

From other support requests within the Adobe Edge Animate forum, I changed the file type of the .oam into a zip file, extracted it, added the external buzz.js file as well as the folder containing my audio file. I then added 2 lines in the xml file to place paths to the buzz.js file and the audio file. Rezipped and then changed to .oam and uploaded to Edge Suite. The animation still plays but still no sound.
Ive added a link to the discussion that got me to this point and hope that you can help. Please could you present any solutions in step by step laymans terms as im struggling with answers which assume a knowledge of web coding.
