EDD Gateway Fees are missing!

Hello,
I am using the EDD Gateway Fees plugin and these fees are not included in the invoice that is generated in Fastbill. I had to deactivate the EDD Fastbill plugin because of that as there will be a difference between the actual payment and this invoice.

I am also using the EDD Quaderno plugin to calculate my international taxes and they had the same problem, but where able to fix it real fast after I send them this EDD Gateway Fees plugin. Any chance I could send that to you as well and you update your plugin?
