Ecwid collecting my email address without permission

When accessing the Ecwid -> Setup screen in the WordPress admin area, an HTTP API request is sent to app.ecwid.com including a parameter which contains my email address.

This goes against section 7 of the plugin author guidelines and is probably a violation of privacy laws in various countries as I have not granted consent.

Please remove this email address collecting behaviour.
