• Anyone else run into problems with Ecto all of a sudden? I’m hosted by 1&1, and as of this morning, it appears they are doing something to prevent using xmlrpc.php. I get a 410 gone response in Ecto. I renamed it xmlrpc1.php and altered the config in Ecto and I’m back in business. Is it just me, or have they done something?

Check with the Ecto Support Forums.

If your host has disabled this particular thing (that is, xmlrpc) and you’ve gone sideways around that, you might be up a creek without a paddle when they find out.

You probably should start with asking your host what’s up. Then, as macmanx posted, the next logical place would be the Ecto forum….
