ecommerce website with access to approved registered users

    I am developing a wordpress ecommerce website, the products and prices need to be only shown to approved registered users. If a user clicks on a product he needs to be redirected to a sign up or log in page.

    If the user is currently registered he/she can log in and continue the check out process.

    If the user is currently NOT a registered user he/she can fill out a form to request to get an approved account. The admin gets an email regarding a new user registration and can either approve or reject a new user from the wp-admin. If approved the new user gets an email that says they are approved and that they can continue their online shopping, (exactly how the “new user approve” plugin works by josh harrison)

    Exactly what plugin(s) work for this and what would be the best theme to use for this?
