I have your GA plugin installed with all options ticked, no other plugins installed. Site visits/behaviour is being tracked correctly, but nothing in ecommerce transactions over the last few days.

I tried solution with other plugins and it also doesn’t work.

    Hi @moo2web!

Can you please specify if this used to work on your sites and stopped after updating WooCommerce and/or WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration, or you’re just working on setting that up for the first time?

It looks like PayPal Standard is used on your site – are the users redirected to order confirmation page after the purchase?

    Hi @grigaswp

I have used analytics tracking via a different plugin for years.
I recently have started using variable products, which the previous plugin would not track sales for.

I removed that plugin and installed WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration.
After a week of installation, no sales transactions were showing in GA. (Only visitor non ecommerce data)

Yes I can confirm Paypal order confirmation redirection is setup correctly.

    Update:
Without making any changes, on 26 April 2020, 2 transactions totaling $40.00 were recorded in GA. This is only part of that days sales, there were 5 orders that day totaling $104.00. But it shows there is connection between the two.
The week prior to this, and the days following still show zero transactions (should have been around 50 orders showing)

    Hi @moo2web,

Thank you for the additional details and sorry for the delay!

I ran a few tests and indeed, the sales are not recorded in Google Analytics with Enhanced e-commerce enabled on both WooCommerce and Google sides.

I’ve opened a bug report here and assigned a “critical” priority label to it:

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-google-analytics-integration/issues/164

Further conversation with our developers will be happening on GitHub.

    Thank you for reporting!

Missing a lot of transactional data over the last few weeks and would like to get it back flowing through.

    I think I’ve fixed it!
I had cloned the main site belowthekowhai.nz using the Softaculous staging tool to perform update testing.
This created an exact copy of the main site at dev.belowthekowhai.nz
The cloned copy included the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration plugin, with the main sites GA tracking code in the settings.
I wondered if this may have created a confilict, so,
I created a new property in GA for the dev. site and entered that tracking code in the plugin settings on the dev. site.

I have since seen 2 of 2 transactions from the main site showing in the original GA property so far!

    Hi @moo2web,

Thank you for confirming that you were able to get this working!

I’ll be marking this thread as solved.

For everyone else who is having similar troubles but do not have two sites connected to the same property and the analytics still do not work as expected – feel free to start a new forum thread.
