  • Hey there, @harshhuptechweb! Thanks for contacting us. I’m happy to help you.

Have you set up Consent Mode?
Without consent, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads won’t capture user data in these locations. The extension does not provide any UI, like a cookie banner, to let your visitors grant consent for tracking. However, it’s integrated with?WP Consent API, so you can pick another extension that provides a user interface that meets your needs.

Can you please check this guide and confirm if you followed all the steps in the set up process?

If everything is set up correctly, please check the steps here to test and troubleshoot with Google Tag Assistant.

Please let us know how it goes so we can assist you further ??

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi there @harshhuptechweb,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I understand you’re having trouble with the WooCommerce events not triggering as expected.

In this case, as a first step, try going to?WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear analytics cache > Click Clear. Then check again.

If it’s still not working, check under?WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions?to see if any stuck processes are preventing the updated information from being imported.

If all that doesn’t work, it could be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

To be sure, please perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to?Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Analytics, repeating the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

If you can’t perform a conflict test on your live site, we recommend creating a staging site using the WP Staging plugin.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Let us know how this goes.
