• Hi all,

    There appears to be a known issue with e-commerce tracking now working via this plugin recently. Ours stopped tracking 3 days ago after a plugin update.

    Does anyone know what the solution is here??

    I just can chime in and add that I am seeing this issue in 3 accounts, too. However, it still works in others, even though they use the same up-to-date plugin settings. It’s odd.

    Thanks Franz, yes it’s very odd.

    We have gone through the full process more than once and everything is set up correctly – but no e-commerece reporting.

    I really hope their team are aware of this issue and are addressing it.

    Unfortunately I’m seeing the same thing (no ecommerce tracking) in my accounts with this plugin. It appeared in the last few days.

    I’ve triple checked the new guidance for GTM and tested in GTM Debug to confirm set up is correct.

    Not sure what is happening. I hope the developers can help.

    I am more than happy to check your sites but please post the URL and also a way to place a test order without the need to use my bank card. Also if you updated your site, please let me know what exactly was updated.

    I’ve seen many broken tracking in the past years but 95% of the cases was a site specific issue and not something that needed a fix in GTM4WP. I do understand that proper and reliable tracking is mandatory for all of you, but please help me a bit to be able to help ??
