Ecommerce site issue

  • I have around 3297 images on my e-commerce site and try to optimized it but about an hour above it is not done. not a single image convert.

    Can i know whats the problem going on there

  • Maybe you’ve got what I have. Click the bulk smush button, then press F12 to open the web browser terminal. Does it tell you “SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data”?

    Do you have any error in your Browser Console as said sampla ?
