    Hello,

I receive sales on my webstore but some of them don’t get recorded on google analytics.

For example, my woocommerce dashboard will have 10 sales listed for the day, but the google analytics dashboard only has 8 sales listed.

This is throwing off my data collection and will not be useful at all.

    Howdy!

I’m sorry to hear about the orders that are not showing up in your Google Analytics dashboard.

If the majority of your sales are being added to the Google Analytics dashboard but a few aren’t, it is very possible that those customers are blocking cookies or have adblockers, and unfortunately, we won’t know what the cause is for every missing transaction.

To look into this further, are there any similarities with the missing orders? Do they use the same payment gateway or are they from the same countries? Thanks!

That makes sense. I will see if I notice any similarities with the tracking.

I assume there is no workaround because it is on the client side?

Sounds good! If the majority of the orders are tracking but there are a few that don’t, that’s almost surely the reason. If you find any consistent similarities for the missing orders (same payment gateway – if you have a few being used-, countries, etc.), then that may point to a different cause, but it’s unlikely.

I assume there is no workaround because it is on the client side?

If customers are blocking cookies with adblockers, etc. then the only way to help with that would be to implement some type of functionality that would recognize the adblockers and send a message to the customer to kindly disable it for your site.
