eCommerce page without payment

Hello,

I want to create a page where “vendors” can add products and “customers” can search for these products (including having a “shopping cart”) and directly contact the vendors. I guess it is like a simple eCommerce platform without money, payments or similar involved.
It should be possible that customers and vendors create their own account on the page via email or social login. Vendors would need approval by me.

So far I thought woocommerce would be a good option. Striping away the “money” functionality. But it seems that I would use a lot of plugins for small things which are not free e.g. social login, adapt the cart layout (caption of button, add additional fields), change the registration page (checkout), create statistics (number of times viewed). Do you have any other ideas what could be used?

I don’t mind paying, but woocommerce has a lot of free options I do not use. On the other hand is charging a lot for plugins I would need and others might see as extras.
