eCommerce Migration Issues

I’ve got a couple different problems we have going on with our website after I completed the Migration process at the end of March1) MY widgets are not editable. When I navigate to the Widgets page to change my bottom navigation options, the right side of the screen is blank. If I try clicking or dragging a widget from the left, to the right side of the screen, nothing happens.
2) All of my products are not displaying. On a product page, it only displays 12 items at a time and give you no option to click to a page two, where there should be more products….for an example…..We have a lot of boots on our website, so when you navigate to the men’s or women’s footwear page, it should show at 3 to 4 pages of boots….but i’m only seeing one page with 12 items and that’s it.
3) MY shopping cart is missing in the top right corner of my website. the cart should be accessible on any page of the website in the top right corner.
4) If i add an item to my cart, a pop up link shows up and if i click “view cart” my cart page is complete justified to the right….All the cart information is in the right hand margin of the page and cannot be read at all.
Those are the major issues I’ve found that aren’t working on my website. Someone mentioned there might be something wrong with my JQUERY? At this point, would it be best for me to re-install a backup of my website prior to the migration? I have not had a single order on my website since March, and would love to get this fixed so we can resume with our online business. Please let me know what I can do to help!
