Ecommerce Data not showing in GA

We have had a look at your store and made a test shopping journey till the checkout page and found that our plugin is tracking all the required data. Due to payment restrictions, we could not check the working of the plugin on the order confirmation page but we are confident about it’s working at the order confirmation page as well.

We also observed that you are using an older version of the WooCommerce. Please update the WooCommerce (if possible to the current version), check for the issue and post us whether the data is flowing in GA or not.

I can t update it as I made changes that will get lost – plugin is not working as i can t see data in analytics since i updated your plugin – can i have the older version of your plugin? Everyone is saying that it does not work no more?

The current version(2.3.1) of our plugin works smoothly on stores that have one of new versions of WooCommerce. But as you can’t update the WooCommerce then you could get the older version(2.3.0) of our plugin to get the conversion data in the GA and you could do so by clicking on ‘Advanced View’ then select the older version from the dropdown to download.

Note: The older versions before 2.3.0 may work fine but if a user gets some issue related to the working of our plugin with the latest versions of WooCommerce then we recommend to use the latest version.
