    We setup the plugin over 24 hours ago. After several test orders, we are having issues seeing the data within Google Analytics. We followed the steps and have uninstalled and re-installed the plugin a few times to see if that would work.

    We are using gtag to setup analytics, but cannot see revenue, checkout behavior, sales behavior, etc.

    Can you please provide us support on this issue? Thank you for your help.

    We did a quick look of your store & found that it’s working well on it without any issues.

    Please verify the settings in your analytics account again.

    Hi @tatvic,

    Our transaction data does not come through properly. We tested many products with checkouts, it states that only one product was purchased. We tested over a 48 period with multiple successful checkouts (we are using Stripe in testmode still).

    In addition, I believe our shopping and checkout behavior is not reflecting the right data either.

    Hi Elaine,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that since you have Implemented GA Script (UA tag) Via GTM, you didn’t enable “Add Global site Tracking Code” option from the plugin.

    Reason: Read the FAQs for the reason.

    Solution:
    Remove GA tag from GTM & Enable the option “Add Global site Tracking Code” from the plugin

    I have remove the GA from my GTM, enable the option for all three:

    Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js’ (Optional)
    Add Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking Code
    Add Code to Track the Login Step of Guest Users (Optional)

    I still couldnt see the data coming in for the past few days. Can you kindly advise?
