Ecomdash will not enable woocommerce site

    I am having an issue with Ecomdash not wanting to link to my second Woocommerce site. It hooked up quickly and with no issues for my first site but the second one, on a different domain, so far only returns with this message:

    Not Found
    The requested URL /wc-auth/v1/authorize?app_name=ecomdash&scope=read_write&user_id=114021-N&return_url=https%3a%2f%2fdashboard.ecomdash.com%2fECommerce%2fCompleteWooCommerceReturn&callback_url=https%3a%2f%2fdashboard.ecomdash.com%2fECommerce%2fCompleteWooCommerceAuthentication was not found on this server.

    I have verified that the .htaccess were the same for both sites and the index.php were the same. Both sites use the same plugins set up essentially the same. Ecomdash support is pretty useless for this stuff. It has been nearly 4 days with nothing from them except clear the cache.

    Has anyone else seen this and found a cure?

    Sorry to hear about what happened.

    To check this much better, can you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?
