échec de suppression : Internal Server Error

    Hello,

    Using WordPress 5.1.16 and PHP 7.4 I was about to delete your plugin and I end up with this error : “échec de suppression : Internal Server Error”.
    My host tells me that the error “Internal Server Error” indicates that a PHP error has occurred, the latter is logged in the file “logs/php-error.php”.

    Can you help me to delete your plugin without updating my wordpress (not the right time because a lot of customs will disappear).

    Hi @camille35974,

    Thanks for reaching out! As mentioned in the support ticket, if you’re not able to uninstall ExactMetrics through WordPress normally, then the only other alternative would be to use FTP and manually delete the plugin folder called?google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp.

    Deleting this folder will remove ExactMetrics from your website.
