EBD shortcode not working in Elementor or regular theme

    Greetings,

    I think I followed all the steps correctly but the shortcode is not working on my website. I tried in both my elementor created landing page as well as on my home page (not created with Elementor) and neither seems to work. It actually creates a “critical error” on my home page and the elementor is just a dead link – the little hand appears but notheing happens when you click it using a desk top and on the ipad it says the “Safari cannot open this page. The error was: “The URL can’t be shown”. Help please

    Thank you for sharing the issue you are experiencing. Elementor is currently not compatible with our plugin. If you can share the following information for the non-elementor page you are experiencing, we would be glad to help.

    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
    3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing/succeeding

    Does the shortcode not work as a link within the website if attached to buttons?

    Sorry our plugin does not work with elementor and is not compatible.
