Eazy Toc stop moving at 2/3 point of the contents

I have a long post with Toc as fixed widget on the sidebar.It moves great until the bottom 3rd of the contents and it stops scrolling down, until the end of the actual post(s) is reached, and then it scrolls to the bottom of toc table.

Is it possible to get the the widget to scroll with the post and the whole table of contents to be visible at all times.

I used this code to create scroll bar on the Toc, it looks great, but the links at bottom 3rd are are not working at all time. This is the CSS code, which I added to the my theme, Astra, CSS custom options.

I’m using fixed widget to make easy Toc fixed.
I use the default settings of the Easy Toc.
The plugin is also embedded with actual posts and it is working.
