EasyTables CSV Loading Works on Localhost but not on live server

Hi, I am having an issue with EasyTables CSV import working on my localhost test server however when put to live, all I get are errors “File cannot be read/open”
The paths are definitely correct and allow_url_fopen is ON.
Any help would be appreciated!
