easyReservations duplicate emails and entries

We’ve been using this plugin for a client, and its been extremely difficult to work with. I’ve searched far and wide, but cannot find another instance of duplicate emails and entries. We are using it on a multisite set-up, which may be part of the problem, but I’m not positive.
Essentially, when a user completes the “reservation” process, they receive two emails about their reservation. I’ve messed around with the various email templates and can confirm that its the same template, just being sent twice. In addition, the dashboard itself shows duplicate reservations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
